We've fixed the mailing list

In April the Cougaar mailing list server was being overwhelmed with spam, so we 
reconfigured the machine.  However, the updated server has been blocking 
legitimate mail.  We think we've fixed the problem now.

If you've sent email to the list and its been dropped, please try again.  If 
your email is blocked then email me or Aaron (ahelsing at bbn.com) and we'll make 
sure it gets posted.
