Cougaar 12.2 has been released

Cougaar 12.2 has been posted to the website:

Some of the enhancements include:

   * New "Cougaar Overview" slides and tutorial:
     http://cougaar.org/docman/view.php/17/196/CougaarOverview.ppt

   * New "ping" demo application and benchmark.  See the above slides
     for details.

   * New template support to easily enable/disable infrastructure
     components (e.g. enable single-JVM "loopback" message transport).

   * Added embedding support to run in Applets and other external
     containers.

   * Added initial FrameSet data representation support.
