Errata for Cougaar 11.2.0

The following infos/problems/workarounds were detected/posted after Cougaar 11.2.0 was released.

Issues:

Bug 3698: Executing the AvailabilityServlet to modify service provider availability generates a ClassCastException. Fix has been checked in to CVS.
